- For international travel to high risk destinations (Level 4 or 5), fill out the College International Travel Supplemental form
- Track your trip through My ASU Trip. Must be logged into My ASU to access.
- When completing your trip request and expense report, list the following contacts in the approval flow tab:

- Krista Hartrick— Authorized Travel Official (ATO)

If you are an undergraduate student and wish to be added to the My ASU TRIP system, please complete the manual profile form.
Car rentals qualify for reimbursement under My ASU trip. Before renting a car as part of your trip, please review the car rental policy and make sure all previous required training, procedures and paperwork are complete.
To successfully complete the Authorized Driver Program, you must:
- Consent to the program in Workday
- Complete the authorized driver training
- Have a successful 39-month motor vehicle records check annually
To update your driver's license information and request to be an authorized driver at ASU, employees and student workers can view the Authorized Driver Requests and Updates job aid.
